AccountLogin

A MegaPari login takes seconds when it works. This page is about the times it doesn't: which credential the platform expects, what a reset message actually looks like, how long a lockout really lasts, and which failures come down to a keyboard slip.

  • Three credentials work: email, phone or account ID
  • Face or fingerprint unlock after the first app sign-in
  • Password reset link expires 60 minutes after it is sent
  • Five failed attempts pause sign-in for about 15 minutes

All three take the same password. Sign-in itself happens on the operator's site, never here.

Credentials

Three keys openthe same account

Which one you use was decided at sign-up. If you cannot remember, try the email address first. It is the only credential the recovery flow will confirm for you.

01Most common

Email and password

The address you registered with, not an alias that forwards to it. Case is ignored in the address and enforced in the password. That one detail causes most failed attempts.

Recovery is self-service, so this is the credential worth keeping current.

02SMS backup

Phone number and password

Enter the number in full international form with the country code and no leading zero. The same number receives the reset code if the password goes missing.

Roaming or a swapped SIM will delay codes, so keep an email on the account too.

03One-click accounts

Account ID and password

The numeric ID issued when an account is created by one click. It behaves exactly like a username and appears on every deposit receipt the cashier sends.

Treat it as a secret: with a password it is a full set of credentials.

On the app

One password,then a fingerprint

The app asks for the full credential once. After that it offers face or fingerprint unlock. Your phone holds that data locally and it never leaves the device.

Staying signed in is convenient. On a phone you lend out, it is also a risk worth weighing. A trusted-device session survives restarts for weeks, and the balance and the cashier sit behind it with no further prompt.

Being thrown out of every device at once always points to a change on the account. Check your email for a confirmation of it before you assume the worst.

When it goes wrong

Recovery

Forgot the password?Four steps, one hour

Recovery is self-service as long as the account carries a contact detail. The whole thing takes about three minutes. The only real constraint is how long the message it sends stays valid.

  1. 01

Open the sign-in panel and choose recovery

Look directly under the password field. The recovery link sits there, and it works whether you last signed in on the app or in a browser.

  2. 02

Give the email or phone on the account

Whichever one you registered with. The response is deliberately identical whether or not the address exists, so a blank screen tells you nothing about whether you typed it right.

  3. 03

Open the reset message within the hour

Email recovery sends a one-use link from the operator's own domain that dies after 60 minutes. Phone recovery sends a six-digit code valid for 10 minutes. Requesting a second message invalidates the first.

  4. 04

Set a new password and sign in again everywhere

The new password ends every existing session, which is the point. Expect the app to ask for it once before biometric unlock is offered again on that device.

Diagnostics

Five reasons asign-in is refused

The error message is deliberately vague, because a specific one would tell an attacker which half of the credential was right. Work down this list instead.

The sign-in page will not load in your region

Some networks block the main domain, and the page either hangs or resolves to a parked holding screen. Your credentials are fine. The problem is the road to them.

Ask live chat for the current mirror for your country, or sign in through the app, which uses a different endpoint.

The password looks right and is rejected

Caps lock, a phone keyboard capitalising the first character, or a trailing space picked up when the password was pasted from a chat message. All three produce the same generic error.

Type it into a plain text field first to see what you actually have, then paste it in one piece.

Too many attempts, sign-in temporarily disabled

The lock arrives after five consecutive misses and lasts about a quarter of an hour. Every extra attempt during the window restarts it, which is why the wait feels longer than advertised.

Stop guessing and run a password reset; a successful reset lifts the lock immediately.

Signed in, but the account is restricted

An unconfirmed email address lets you in and blocks withdrawals. A pending document review does the same. Both feel like a login fault when the cashier refuses, and neither one is.

Re-send the confirmation from the profile area, then check the verification status before you request a payout.

Access refused while self-exclusion is running

A self-exclusion period cannot be shortened, appealed or waived by support, and the sign-in block is the mechanism that enforces it. Withdrawal of a remaining balance is still handled on request.

Wait out the period you set, and contact support only about paying the balance back.

Escalate

When to hand it to support

Two failed resets, a recovery message that never arrives, or any sign that someone else has been in the account. Have the account ID, the registered contact detail and the date of your last deposit ready before you open the chat.

Housekeeping

Keeping the accountyours

An account holding a balance is worth stealing, and almost every compromise starts with a password reused somewhere less careful. Six habits cover the realistic risks.

A password used nowhere else

Betting accounts get attacked with credentials leaked from unrelated sites. A passphrase of four or more words used nowhere else shuts that down, and it is easier to type on a phone than some mangled short string.

Two-factor wherever it is offered

An SMS or authenticator step at sign-in makes a stolen password useless on its own. Turning it on also forces a sign-out everywhere, which quietly evicts any session you did not start.

The account ID stays private

It looks like a harmless reference number and is half of a credential pair. Post a screenshot of a winning slip with the ID visible and you have published your username.

Sign out on borrowed devices

Closing the tab leaves the session alive for weeks. Use the sign-out control, and if you forget, a password change from your own phone ends every session at once.

Nobody legitimate asks for your password

The operator never requests a password, a two-factor code or remote control of your screen. Messages that do are phishing, including the ones that copy the branding well.

Set limits while you are calm

Deposit caps, session reminders and cooling-off periods are configured in the same profile area as the password. Tightening a limit applies immediately; loosening one takes effect after a delay.
