This policy applies to the pages you are reading now. It is an independent guide to MegaPari, published by an affiliate publisher, and it has no login, no cashier and no connection to the operator's player database.

Once you follow an outbound button and register, a second and much larger set of data starts to exist: your identity, your deposits, your bet history and your verification documents. All of that is collected and held by Pomadorro N.V. under the operator's own privacy policy. We cannot see it, export it or delete it on your behalf.

A measurement script records how the site is used in aggregate. The fields it captures are narrow and none of them identifies you by name:

• Page views: which URL was opened and when.
• Referrer: the search engine, social post or site that sent you here.
• Approximate region: your IP address is truncated before it reaches us, leaving a country and sometimes a city.
• Device class: phone, tablet or desktop, plus browser and operating system family.
• Session duration and the page you were on when you left.

We read this to work out which guides are useful and which pages load badly on a phone. It is never combined with a name, an email address or an operator account.

Three categories of cookie can be set on this domain. Analytics and attribution cookies are written as the page loads, and we run no consent banner, so your browser settings are where you switch them off. Clause 10 explains how.

Lifetimes are the values set at the time of writing. A cookie can expire earlier if you clear your browser storage, and clearing it is the fastest way to reset every category at once.

When you click a button elsewhere on this site that leads to MegaPari, the request passes through a redirect carrying a campaign identifier for this site. The operator records that identifier against the visit so it knows where the referral came from.

The traffic goes one way. We learn that a click happened and, later, an aggregate count of registrations attributed to us. We are never told who registered, what they deposited or what they played. No personal data travels back from the operator to this site.

There is no account area on this site, so several categories of data simply have nowhere to land. We do not collect names, dates of birth, postal addresses, phone numbers, card or wallet details, identity documents, proof of address, betting history, balances or account credentials.

We also run no advertising pixels, no cross-site profiling and no data broker feeds. The one exception to the whole list is an email you choose to send us: if you write in, we hold your message and address until the matter is closed.

Aggregate traffic measurement runs on legitimate interest: we need to know which guides are read and which pages fail on a phone, and the data is not detailed enough to single anyone out. Affiliate attribution rests on the same basis. What it records is a referral, with no person attached to it.

Strictly necessary cookies and the short-lived server logs kept for security also rest on legitimate interest. Without them the site cannot hold your language setting or push back on abusive traffic, and neither is used to build a profile.

If you would rather none of it happened, blocking cookies and scripts for this domain in your browser ends the processing immediately, and we treat that as a valid objection under clause 09.

Two kinds of supplier touch this data. An analytics provider processes the traffic measurements described in clause 02, and a hosting and content delivery provider serves the pages and keeps the security logs. Both act on our instructions under a data processing agreement.

Content delivery is global, so a request may be served from an edge location outside your country and processing may occur outside the region you are reading from. Transfers rely on standard contractual clauses or an equivalent safeguard. We sell nothing to anyone, and we hand data to an authority only where a valid legal order requires it.

Retention is capped at the shortest period that still lets us compare one season with the next. When a period ends, the record is deleted outright and no archive copy is kept.

Depending on where you live you can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask for it to be corrected or erased, object to the analytics processing outright, or ask for it to be restricted while a complaint is looked at.

Use the channels listed on our contact page and describe the visit as precisely as you can. Because our analytics data is not tied to a name, we may need the approximate date, the pages involved and the device you used before we can find anything at all. We answer within 30 days, and there is no charge.

For anything held inside your betting account, the request goes to the operator. We have no access to that record and cannot forward a request on your behalf. Submit a data request

This is the control that actually works. Every current browser can block or clear cookies for a single domain from its privacy settings, and tracking protection or a content blocker will stop the analytics script loading at all. Private and incognito windows discard the lot when the window closes.

Nothing breaks if you do. The pages read exactly the same with analytics blocked, and blocking the attribution cookie just means a referral goes uncredited to us.

Do Not Track is a different matter. The header was never standardised, most browsers have retired it, and our analytics provider does not act on it, so we will not claim that sending it stops anything here. Use the browser controls above instead, or write to us and we will confirm what was removed.

This site is for adults of 18 or over and is not aimed at children in its writing, its imagery or its distribution. We do not knowingly collect anything from a minor, and if we learn that a measurement record came from one we delete it.

This version takes effect on 26 July 2026 and was last reviewed in July 2026. We update it when a supplier changes, a retention period changes or the law we publish under does. The effective date at the top of the page always reflects the current wording.

A change that widens what we collect gets a plain notice at the top of this page before it takes effect. Questions, complaints and erasure requests all travel the same route, and you can also complain to your national data protection authority.
