01Who we are and what these terms cover

This website is an independent editorial guide to the MegaPari brand. We write about the casino lobby, the esports board, the app and the cashier. We do not run any of them. MegaPari is operated by Pomadorro N.V. under an Anjouan licence, and that company, not this site, is the party you contract with when you open an account.

The terms on this page therefore govern one thing: your use of these pages. Anything touching an account, a bet, a bonus balance or a withdrawal is governed by the operator's own terms, which you accept at registration.

02Acceptance and changes to these terms

Using the site means you accept this document as it stands on the day you read it. If a clause does not work for you, the remedy is to stop using the site. There is nothing to cancel and no account to close.

We revise these terms when the site changes, or when the law we publish under does. A revision applies from the effective date printed at the top of this page and is not applied retroactively. We send no notifications, so check that date on a return visit if the wording matters to you.

03Eligibility, jurisdiction and local law

This site is written for adults of 18 or over. Several countries set the legal gambling age at 19, 20 or 21, and some prohibit online betting outright. Where your local minimum is higher than 18, the higher figure is the one that applies to you.

Checking whether online gambling is lawful where you live is your responsibility. We publish from a global perspective and cannot assess the rules of every territory that can reach these pages. If betting is restricted in your jurisdiction, do not follow the outbound links on this site.

04The nature of the information published here

Everything on this site is editorial description. It is not financial advice, legal advice, tax advice or a forecast of any result. Odds quoted in an article illustrate the shape of a market at the moment we looked at it. They are not offers, and they are not guaranteed to be available to you.

Bonus terms move faster than any published page can. Match percentages, caps, wagering multiples, game weightings and expiry windows are all set by the operator and can change without notice. Treat the figures here as a starting point and confirm the live version in the cashier before you deposit.

05Affiliate relationship and commission disclosure

This site is funded by affiliate commission. When a reader follows one of our buttons, registers and plays, the operator pays us a share of its revenue or a fixed fee for that referral. You pay nothing extra, your odds are no worse, and your bonus is no smaller because you arrived through us.

That arrangement is worth knowing about when you read a favourable line here. It does not buy a rating and it does not stop us printing a 35x wagering requirement or a three-day card payout where one exists. It does mean we have a commercial interest in you clicking through, and you should weigh what you read against sources that have no such interest.

We do not accept payment to remove an unfavourable fact, and no clause of our affiliate agreement gives the operator sign-off over what appears on these pages.

06Accuracy, verification cadence and corrections

Bonus terms, payment limits and app build numbers are re-checked against the live product on a monthly cycle, and again after any change the operator announces. Trending game lists are rebuilt weekly. The last full check across this site was completed in July 2026.

Between checks a figure can go stale. If you find one that is wrong, tell us through the contact page with the page name and what you saw instead. Factual corrections are made within five working days and the reviewed date on the page moves with them.

07Third-party links and the operator's own terms

Outbound buttons on this site hand you over to MegaPari. From the moment that page loads you are on someone else's property, reading someone else's rules. We do not control the destination, its availability, its pricing or its promotional wording.

Where anything on this site conflicts with the operator's published terms, the operator's version prevails. That covers bonus conditions, maximum stakes during wagering, verification requirements, withdrawal limits and every country restriction. Read them before you deposit. By the time there is a dispute, they are the document that decides it.

08Intellectual property and brand marks

The text, tables, layout and illustrations on this site are ours and are protected by copyright. You may quote a short passage with a visible link back to the page it came from. You may not reproduce a page, a table or a set of pages in full.

The MegaPari name, the operator's logo, game titles, studio names and payment-brand marks belong to their respective owners and appear here for identification. Their presence does not imply that any of those owners endorse, sponsor or have reviewed what we publish.

09Acceptable use of this site

Read the site, share a link, print a page for your own use. Past that point, the following are not permitted:

Automated scraping, crawling or bulk downloading beyond a normal search-engine crawl.
Republishing our tables or article text on another domain, with or without attribution.
Framing the site, stripping our links, or presenting our content as your own.
Probing, load-testing or otherwise interfering with the hosting behind these pages.
Using anything here to market gambling to people under 18.

We block addresses that generate abusive request volume, and we pursue republication of substantial extracts through the host of the offending site.

10Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability

The site is provided as it is. We do not warrant that every figure is current, that every page is reachable at all times, or that the content fits a particular purpose you have in mind. Where a warranty cannot lawfully be excluded, it is not excluded.

So far as the law allows, we are not liable for gambling losses, for a bonus that failed to credit, for a withdrawal the operator declined, or for indirect or consequential loss arising from a decision you made after reading these pages. Those outcomes sit between you and the operator.

11Responsible gambling obligations

Using this site carries one obligation on your side: play within limits you set before you start, with money you can afford to lose. 12Governing terms, severability and how to contact us

This page, together with our privacy policy and disclaimer, is the whole of the agreement between you and this site. No other document is incorporated by reference, and nothing said in an email varies it.

If a court finds one clause unenforceable, that clause is struck out and the rest stands. Not enforcing a clause on one occasion does not waive it later. Consumer rights that cannot be contracted out of in your country are untouched by anything written here.
